Summer has left us behind by quickly turning down the temperature gage and desaturate all colours by covering London with grey skies. “Back to normal, the dream is over” someone said. I’m sure I will be bored with the dull weather in no time but I have to admit that there was something romantic about having a quiet autumn brunch at the White Rabbit yesterday. London may not be thought of as particularly quiet but I guess everything is relative. I have started to see London as an ever evolving coral reef. Decaying and growing at the same time. Some parts are beautiful, others are dark and hostile. It’s located on the back of an ancient beast who isn’t even aware of my presence and couldn’t care less. It will continue to strive and so will its coral reef no matter if I’m there or not. You may learn its nature and fall in love with it. I guess that’s what I have done even though I can’t explain why. Life will always be according to the rules of its nature.

Here are some unglorified photographs taken with my mobile phone.

Some home grown tomatoes from my garden and a Koala shaped house close to my office.

Portraits of some of the previous inhabitants of this council block in Hackney. It’s to be demolished.

The list from National Gallery makes me wonder what is going on at that museum.

Londons only Nazi memorial. It’s a gravestone raised in memory of a dog that got electrocuted by accident. It belonged to a german official who worked at the embassy just before it got abandoned due to WWII. The ‘memorial’ can be found under a tree at the bottom of lower regents street.

Outside the legendary club ‘Fabric’ in Farringdon. I’m not quite sure what the plaque above the front door is implying.

Åh, det är så mycket att säga om alla de här bilderna. Men till att börja med älskar jag koalahuset där i början. jag har en bild på ett ugglehus i Berlin med.
